It started 30 years ago with applesauce

how we care

I found my love for food in my own Parents and Grandparents vast garden, small orchard and beehives.  My Grandparents had an apple tree by their barn for over 60 years that provided apples for them and their children's families. It produced, the most, delicious pink applesauce I have ever eaten.  I wanted to pass on that tradition to my own children and yours too.  I wanted to provide a place to come together and celebrate good, hard, honest work - the work done by the hands of our families and make delicious memories to last a life time.  So please, come out, help us grow, pick our produce!

All of my berry bushes, fruit trees and vines are care for in biological way.  Compost Teas made from probiotics and black strap molasess, natural and organic composts, neem oil sprays when needed and orange oil for the pesky fire ants.  No GMO's, pesticides or synthetic fertilizers, ever, period!
